Wilmington’s Tree Lighting, featuring the official lighting of the City’s Holiday Tree. Everyone, especially children and their families, is invited to the annual, free City event.
Festivities include:
Lighting of the City’s Holiday Tree
Holiday songs led by a local singing group comprised of members of area choral groups
Songbooks will be provided courtesy of Delmarva Power, an Excelon Company
Free face painting
Holiday characters
Hot drinks provided by The Salvation Army
Free food for event attendees provided by ShopRite through the generosity of the by Kenny Family Foundation
